The Carroll County Agricultural Center is excited to host the inaugural Westminster Healing Field® display of U.S. flags from September 9th through the 11th.  The Stars and Stripes will appear in an awe-inspiring panorama of red, white and blue on the grassy fields of the Carroll County AG Center.  One hundred full sized flags will fly on seven and a half foot flagpoles to honor military, veterans, first responders and any personal heroes.  This solemn formation will stand posted in a stirring display that will unite the Carroll County community in a tribute “Saluting our Heroes.”

Each flag represents an individual and tells a story. Flags may be sponsored to honor individual veterans. The event is the perfect opportunity for all of us to remember and honor those who have become our heroes. It is an experience hard to describe, but never to be forgotten. We invite all to visit the Westminster Healing Field® display and walk with us among the posted flags. Those who are first time visitors will find that the display must be experienced to be fully appreciated.  The display is open to all without charge. Don’t miss it!

Support the Westminster Field of Honor® by sponsoring a flag for $30 to honor individuals who through their service and sacrifice have become heroes in our lives.  At the conclusion of the event flag sponsors will be picked up by their sponsored flags to retain and display as a memento of this year’s Healing Field® display.  Flags may also be mailed to sponsors for an additional $10 shipping fee.  Proceeds will benefit Carroll Cancer Center.
