Farmington, NM 2018: Recognize Your Hero With a Custom Dog Tag and or Flag

Description

Support the charity and recognize your hero with a custom dog tag that will be displayed on our Field. Choose from one of the following options:

• Recognize your hero with a custom dog tag that will be displayed on our Field for a minimum of 5 years: $60

• Duplicate dog tag for you to keep (must be same as Field dog tag)  Add $15 ($75)

• Repost your current flag and dog tag (must be in presentation condition): $15

• Order a flag that will be shipped to your home after the event: $30

On the checkout page, please add the text you would added to your dog tag in the Additional Notes: Dedicated to/or in Memory of section:
