    Since the first anniversary of September 11, 2001, U.S. flags have filled the Sandy City Promenade each year to honor those lost that day, as well as local military members and First Responders lost since.

    Starting October 29th through November 11th, the Town of Brownsburg will feature an inspiring display of over 500 United States flags arranged in a solemn formation at the Brownsburg Town Hall Green.
