| 2015 welcomes the sixth annual Field of Honor® flag display posted at Greenlawn Memory Gardens thus demonstrating that this display has become an anticipated North Kingsville and Ashtabula County tradition. Organizers were at first unsure if the display would be repeated, but the event has grown each year drawing more and more people to participate. The North Kingsville Field of Honor® is scheduled this year during the week leading up to Flag Day on Sunday, June 14th. Organizers invite volunteers and sponsors to join in this tribute honoring veterans and first responders. With hundreds of flags standing in silent formation on the grassy fields at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens, the Field of Honor® flag display creates a memorial to the men and women who have served us so well. Since more than 1300 veterans are interred at Green Lawn Memory Gardens it is an especially appropriate site for this display. All proceeds will benefit local veterans’ programs. |
| Please join us as we walk amid the ordered rows of the Stars and Stripes where each flag waves atop an eight foot white staff. Standing amid the flags, we remember and honor those who have defended our nation and way of life. |
