Mariposa, CA 2015 ~ A Field of Service – Past & Present

November 8th to 14th — A Field of Service, Past & Present

Dennis - Field of Honor

Colonial Flag Foundation programs are tailored to fit the needs and desires of local communities, and the display of flags in Mariposa, California offers a unique approach amid the usual diversity visitors to Healing Field® and Field of Honor® events have learned to appreciate. Located in the rugged foothills of the Sierra Nevada Mountains, the Mariposa Museum & History Center will provide an ideal setting for an inspiring “Field of Service Past & Present” (a Healing Field®) display which is organized by Jaq Quinn a 4-H Emerald Star Candidate of Mariposa, CA.

U.S. flags, posted in a solemn formation, will create a beautiful panorama of red, white and blue. This will bring 4-H members together with community and area residents as together we share an inspirational experience that will create a lasting memory.

While there will be no charge to visit the flag display event, flags may be sponsored to make this event possible and raise funds for the Mariposa Museum & History Center. All are invited to support this worthwhile and inspirational event.

Online flag sponsorships have been discontinued for this year.
