Event Details

During the days leading up to Flag Day, the Jackson, Lytle & Lewis Life Celebration Center will host its traditional flag display. For the 10th straight year, the Field of Honor® display will post hundreds of U.S. flags in tribute to the veterans who have defended our freedoms. This inspiring and memorable display draws Clark County residents together each June. The panorama of red, white and blue is hard to describe, but once experienced it is not to be forgotten. As local organizer, Frank Lewis has explained, it is difficult to adequately thank the men and women who sacrifice so much in defending our nation. However, “It’s something we can never take for granted.”

The Springfield Field of Honor® display is a gift to the community made possible through donations, sponsorships and the efforts of many dedicated volunteers. You can show your support and gratitude by sponsoring a flag or making a donation.

We invite all to join with us as we remember and honor our national heroes. The Field of Honor® can be visited from June 6th through Flag Day on the 14th.
