Sonora, CA ~ Field of Honor® 2026

November 7November 11

18500 Standard Road ,

The Sonora Sunrise Rotary Club is proud to announce our 4th Annual Field of Honor®, taking place November 7–11, 2025, at the Standard Park and Sports Complex in Sonora, California. This inspiring and patriotic event honors and commemorates our Veterans, Active-Duty Military, and First Responders—past and present—who have bravely served and continue to protect our nation and communities.

As we gather this year, we do so with special significance—celebrating America’s 250th anniversary, a milestone that reminds us of the enduring strength of our nation and the freedoms we hold dear. We also pause with reverence to remember the 25th anniversary of September 11, honoring the lives lost, the heroes who rose in service, and the unity that defined our country in that moment. With gratitude and respect, we reflect on the sacrifices that safeguard our liberty.

Hundreds of American flags will be proudly displayed across the park, creating a powerful and moving tribute that invites reflection and connection throughout our community. Each flag tells a personal story, featuring a tag that identifies both the sponsor and the honoree—making every display deeply meaningful. Flags may be dedicated in honor of individuals, and sponsors may choose to present their flag to their hero, fly it at home in recognition, or keep it as a cherished memento after the event.

We invite you to be part of this meaningful experience by becoming a sponsor. Sponsors will be recognized on event signage, printed materials, social media, and our website. Higher-level sponsors will receive prominent logo placement and special recognition during the event.

Your support not only helps make this tribute possible, but also directly benefits our community through programs, scholarships, and outreach efforts that create a lasting impact. The Sonora Sunrise Rotary Club is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization, and all donations, dedications, and sponsorships are tax-deductible.

Please join us for our Opening Ceremonies on Saturday, November 8th, beginning at noon. The community will come together to enjoy patriotic music, a formal color guard presentation, inspiring guest speakers, free hot dogs, and special appearances by local first responders and veteran organizations.

The Field of Honor will be open daily from noon to 4:30 p.m., with the display beautifully illuminated during the evening hours.

This event is free and open to the public—we hope you’ll join us.
