Healing Hill of Hope for Child Abuse Prevention

Statistics don’t begin to tell the story of anguish and despair.  The numbers of helpless children suffering neglect and abuse are hard to measure and even harder to comprehend.  Harder still, preventing abuse and providing physical and emotional support for its victims.  Coldwater’s Early Bird Exchange Club continues to bring awareness for the struggle to protect children while simultaneously raising money to support a range of child abuse prevention programs.  For five straight years, Healing Field® flag displays themed “Healing Hill of Hope” have provided Coldwater’s Early Bird Exchange Club a core method for supporting their Child Abuse Prevention efforts.

Each year flags stand in a solemn formation at the Naomi Davis Shelter House to remember the innocent and helpless children that society failed to protect.

The Branch County Coalition Against Child Abuse and the Child Abuse Prevention Council have proven successful in the fight to protect the powerless and forgotten. “These are America’s children, this is America’s responsibility.”

Everyone is invited to visit and support this touching memorial. Please join with the Branch County Coalition Against Domestic Violence in the determination to save children from abuse. Those who cannot protect themselves look to us, and we cannot look away.
