The Bangor National Exchange Club is proud to present its inaugural Field of Honor®, America’s Freedom Field 250, a stirring patriotic tribute to celebrate our nation’s 250th anniversary and to remember the heroes who have shaped and defended our nation. From Sunday, June 14 through Saturday, July 4th, the community is invited to experience a breathtaking display of 250 United States flags, standing proudly in solemn formation at Blue Valley Farm Show, 707 American Bangor Road.
The Stars & Stripes will fly high as a powerful reminder of our shared identity and the enduring values our flag represents—unity, sacrifice, resilience, and hope. Together, Americans face challenges, rise stronger, and remain bound by a spirit that carries us forward. This display stands as a symbol of that collective strength and the promise of a brighter future.
Each flag in the Field of Honor® may be dedicated in honor or memory of an individual or group. Dedicated flags include a personalized dedication and tribute tag, allowing participants to share meaningful stories of service, sacrifice, or gratitude. At the conclusion of the event, the flag and its dedication tag will be returned to the purchaser as a lasting keepsake.
This meaningful community tribute is made possible through donations, flag dedications, sponsorships, and the generous support of volunteers. Proceeds from the Field of Honor® benefit the Bangor National Exchange Club, supporting its work to support community programs.
Visitors will have a unique opportunity to explore the nation’s history through the evolution of one of its most powerful symbols.
The 2026 Field of Honor® America’s Freedom Field 250 promises to be an experience that is difficult to put into words—yet impossible to forget.
All are invited to visit, reflect, and walk among the flags in this moving patriotic tribute.
The event is free to the public – don’t miss it!
