The Tunnel to Towers Foundation is committed to honoring the dignity of the American Service Member and that’s why they are helping end homelessness amongst the Veteran Community. Providing a safe and dignified home is an integral part of helping Veterans who are homeless reclaim their life. Tunnel to Towers has a national campaign aimed to eradicate homelessness by providing housing and services to Veterans who are homeless across all 50 states.

The Gary Sinise Foundation has four major programs that aim to honor defenders, veterans, first responders, and those in need. Through their R.I.S.E. (Restoring Independence Supporting Empowerment) program, they build 100% mortgage-free specially adapted smart homes for severely wounded heroes. The Relief & Resiliency program aims to ensure our defenders and their families stay strong through hardships by offering complete support in times of need. The Community Outreach & Education program bridges the gap between our defender and civilian communities to honor America’s heroes. The First Responders Outreach program provides funding for essential equipment, PPE, etc.

Operation Underground Railroad (O.U.R.) is a 501(C)(3) non-profit founded by Tim Ballard which assists governments around the world in the rescue of human trafficking and sex trafficking victims, with a special focus on children. O.U.R. also aids with planning, prevention, capture, and prosecution of offenders, and works with partner organizations for prevention, victim recovery, strengthened awareness, and fundraising efforts.

Honor365® was founded on March 31, 2017 with the mission of providing resource and referral services to veterans, first responders, and their families. They honor and remember veterans and first responders 365 days a year via the Remembering the One program. Honor365’s® priority is to ensure the best quality of life for veterans, first responders, and their families. They do this by listening to individual and family needs and offering case management services and supports.

REBOOT introduces people to the redemptive heart of God through trauma healing courses and online community. The programs provide a unique blend of clinical insight and Christian faith-based support. They are safe, private, peer-led, and outcomes-driven. Military and first responder programs are offered at no cost to participants.

Volunteers of America is committed to promoting the well-being of all veterans and their families, whether they are newly transitioning from military to civilian life or have long been returned but are struggling with homelessness, unemployment, mental health and substance use challenges, suicide risks, and the effects of traumatic brain injury (TBI) and sexual trauma. Every veteran deserves dignity and respect.

Services, from housing and employment support to mental health care, help veterans overcome the barriers that stand between them and long-term stability. Through prevention, rapid rehousing, interim housing, transitional housing, permanent housing, job training and compensated work programs, they make it possible for veterans to have a roof over their heads and the professional opportunities they deserve.

Veterans Outreach Center’s mission is to serve veterans with compassion and advocate for all who have worn our nation’s uniform so they can rise and live life to the fullest. Founded locally in 1973 by returning Vietnam Veterans, today’s Veterans Outreach Center remains anchored in our community and offers a comprehensive portfolio of supportive services designed to meet the needs of veterans and their families. Sitrin Health Care Center is a not-for-profit corporation with a history of firsts in the region and a reputation for delivering advanced health care and wellness opportunities that enhance quality of life. Sitrin’s Military program is specifically designed to treat individuals with PTSD, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injuries, post-acute substance abuse, depression and anxiety, orthopedic diagnoses, multiple trauma, central and peripheral vestibular disorders.

Gallant Few has key programs that assist veterans and service members in transition. The Ranger Outreach Center facilitates a successful transition for Army Ranger veterans. The transition program helps service members navigate the journey from military service to civilian life.

The Special Operations Warrior Foundation’s enduring promise to America’s Army, Navy, Air Force, and Marine Corps Special Operations Personnel is to honor the fallen, and all Medal of Honor Recipients, by providing full educations and additional opportunities, “cradle to career”, to their children. They ensure full post-secondary educational support to surviving children of Special Operations Personnel and immediate financial assistance to severely wounded Special Operations Personnel – today and in the future.

Feed our Heroes provides meals to front line health care professionals and first responders who are risking everything in the war against COVID-19. Because of who they are coming into contact with, many of them have to stay separate from their families and cannot even go into grocery stores. This program also helps our hard-hit restaurant industry by reimbursing restaurants for the meals. This program is making it possible for restaurants to pay some employees and keep the economy moving. It gives a way for the community to actively show their gratitude for this enormous sacrifice being made by the heroes while doing their part to stay home and flatten the curve.

They want to teach children and ensure a future in which they love each other and their country. Congress created the National Fallen Firefighters Foundation to lead a nationwide effort to honor America’s fallen firefighters. Their mission is to honor and remember America’s fallen fire heroes and to provide resources to assist their families in rebuilding their lives and work within the fire service community to reduce firefighter deaths and injuries.

A Soldier’s Child Foundation aims to serve the children of all fallen military personnel who have lost their lives either on active duty or due to service-related injury or illness. A Soldier’s Child Foundation honors the children of fallen American defenders of freedom by celebrating their birthday every year through the age of 18, holds camps throughout the year, and facilitates secondary/college scholarships.

The 9/11 Honor and Serve Foundation is a non-profit all-volunteer organization created to forever memorialize the victims of the Benghazi, Libya terrorist attack on September 11th, 2012 as well as the 9/11 victims of the attack on the World Trade Center, Pentagon, and United Airlines Flight #93 in 2001. Every year on 9/11, a free public 9/11 Memorial Ceremony is held in Bigfork, Montana to honor the American victims, heroes, and those forever changed by these tragic events. During this event, the foundation selects a non-profit Montana group or charity to receive donations, support, and public awareness.

The Woody Williams Foundation is a charitable 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that pursues specific endeavors and goals through the vision of Medal of Honor recipient Hershal “Woody” Williams. The foundation encourages, with the assistance of the American public and community leaders, establishing permanent Gold Star Families Memorial Monuments in communities throughout the Unites States, conducting Gold Star Families Outreach across the country, providing Living Legacy scholarships to eligible Gold Star Children, and advocating for educational benefits fall all Gold Star Family members. The impact of the foundation’s work helps to raise public awareness about Gold Star Families’ enduring sacrifice and the ultimate sacrifice made by their loved ones. Children of the Fallen Patriots Foundation strives to provide college scholarships and educational counseling to military children who have lost a parent in the line of duty. They are dedicated to serving the families of servicemembers from all branches of the armed forces who have died as a result of combat casualties, military training accidents, service-related illnesses, suicide, as well as other duty-related deaths as ruled by the Department of Veterans Affairs. Their vision is to ensure that every child of a fallen patriot receives all necessary college funding.

Project K-9 Hero’s mission is to protect those who protected our families, communities, and America. They ensure the best quality of life for retired Military Working Dogs and Police K-9 Heroes by providing assistance with medical costs, food, rehabilitation, adoption, and end of duty services as there is currently no public funding for these.
