From May 20th through June 15th, 2024, 500 U.S. flags will stand posted in the Town Common to Commemorate Flag Day. Significantly, North Andover’s roots stretch back over 130 years before the Continental Congress formally adopted the Stars and Stripes as the flag of a new nation.

During the past twelve years, the Dennis Field of Honor® display of 400 U.S. flags will honor those who have worn the military uniforms of the United States while serving to defend our freedom at home and around the world.
