Event Details

The Rochester Sisters of Mercy will host their 4th Annual Field of Honor® in a patriotic tribute to our military, veterans, police officers, fire fighters and medical first responders. Flags may be sponsored to honor our heroes, and then the displayed flags will be retained by each flag’s sponsor at the close of the event. Proceeds will benefit the Mercy Bridges a ministry which provides tutors who teach basic literacy skills to adults for whom English is a Second Language.

The panorama of red, white and blue is hard to adequately describe, but once experienced it is not to be forgotten. The Rochester Field of Honor® display is a gift to the community made possible through donations, sponsorships and the efforts of many dedicated volunteers. You can show your support and gratitude by sponsoring a flag or making a donation.

The U.S. flags will be posted from September 7th through the 9th forming a stirring formation of red, white and blue. We invite all to walk with us among the posted flags. The display is open to all visitors without charge. Don’t miss it.
