Yellowstone Valley’s 2nd Annual Healing Field® display of the Stars and Stripes will post 1,000 flags in tribute to heroes and to remember victims of terrorist attacks and child abuse. Laurel’s Exchange Club will host this inspiring display on September 11th and the three days following.
Each flag tells a story of service and sacrifice to remind the mature and to teach the youth that our freedoms have been purchase by the toil and blood of others. We share in the loss of men and women whose lives have been cut short on 9/11 and thereafter on battlefields of an increasingly dangerous world.
The Laurel Healing Field® display is a gift to the community made possible through donations, sponsorships and the efforts of many dedicated volunteers. You can show your support and gratitude by sponsoring a flag or by making a donation.
The panorama of red, white and blue is hard to adequately describe, but once experienced it is not to be forgotten. There will be no charge to visit the Healing Field® display, and all are invited to walk with us through the ordered rows of flags. This is an event not to be missed.

The Laurel Exchange Club presented checks totaling nearly $7,500 to four different non-profit organizations last Wednesday, January 16th, at Sid’s East Side Bar & Grill. The club presented the Laurel Big Brothers Big Sisters program and the Family Tree Center $3,433 each that was raised from the Healing Field that was held last September. The club is doing the Healing Field again this year in September in conjunction with Patriots Day.
