Idaho Falls, Idaho 2013 – Field of Honor® Memorial

May 25-27, 2013

In May volunteers will gather to post 1000 United States flags for Idaho Falls 1st Annual Field of Honor® flag display which will be hosted by the Idaho Falls Exchange Club Foundation. This sea of red, white and blue waving in the breeze will fly as a tribute dedicated to benefit Help Inc and Bonneville, Idaho Falls Crimestoppers Inc.

Please join us at Freeman Park (Veteran’s Memorial Hill) as we walk amid the ordered rows of Old Glory where each full-sized flag waves atop an eight foot white staff in a stirring formation. Standing amid the flags, we remember and reflect in a salute of the living to those who serve, defend and sacrifice to preserve our nation and way of life.

I would like to offer my services. I recently moved to Idaho back in August. I have been a Rev-War reenactor for the past 20+ years. I can do both Militia and Continental soldier impression. I would like to offer “setting up” a camp, demonstrate, and talk to folks about the American Revolution. I look forward to your reply.
