Event Details

As in the past four years, Freeman Park will be transformed into a panorama of red, white and blue as the Idaho Falls Exchange Club and the City of Idaho Falls will host their fifth Field of Honor® flag display honoring our military, veterans and first responders. The stirring display of the Stars and Stripes will also raise awareness for the tragedy of child abuse. Funds raised will benefit veterans’ groups, local child abuse prevention agencies and Bonneville-Idaho Falls Crime Stoppers.

Idaho Falls joins with dozens of communities all around our nation in presenting one of Colonial Flag Foundation’s massive postings of the Stars and Stripes. These displays draw communities together in inspiring and memorable events. As visitors to Idaho Falls’ previous Field of Honor® events will testify, this is an experience hard to adequately describe but not to be forgotten.

Everyone is invited to walk with us among the rows of U.S. flags that the mature may honor & remember, and the youth may learn & gain appreciation.
